In everyday play
Danger gives a journey weight. Good judgement matters before a fight as well as during it.
Choose your risks
Practise with trainers on Brackenholm before leaving its protection. Outside that beginning, consider your condition, equipment and the ground around you. Death means losing that Vessel and leaving its belongings behind; your consciousness continues. You do not have to take every fight.
Pay attention
Learn the feel of your equipment and watch what is happening around you. Leave yourself space to move and think about a route back to safety.
Prepare together
Travelling with someone gives you another pair of eyes and another set of choices. Agree on what you are trying to do and be ready to change the plan when circumstances change.
